Happy early Halloween, y'all! Here are some patch notes for the new Halloween update!

- NEW LEVEL: Crooked Cornfield!!!

- Fixed the demons in Hell to work with the new score system.

- Added music to the time up screen

- Added an extra outline to the time-eaters to indicate that they're evil

- Added white outlines to the hoops... uh really just for visual consistency with the time eater outlines

- Fixed tiling issue in Dead Dead Desert

- Hell level design adjustments

- Medal for beating a level at a full combo

- Quick restart button (Press 1)

- Reduced skin prices to £75,000

- Tutorial adjustments

- Added support for arrow keys, I did this very last minute so let me know of any issues!!
