Yep that's right! However, they will only show up in one level and act differently. As in, they are just static enemies. The level they are in is a Mystero encounter level where Mytsero makes this platform move and you have to quickly stick to a wall that's attached to the platform, from there you will have to dodge the ghost dogs by either not sticking on to the walls or climbing up them.

Also the ghost dogs actually have a name. It's: Dhost.

(There is also a chance they get removed again because I'm not liking the level they show up in at the moment.)
